Each session is designed to take into consideration your goals, health and personal needs. This is your time and we will focus on your mental well-being as well as physical practice to stretch, strengthen and balance the body and the mind.
For beginners – it’s a great way to learn proper alignment with a gentle and fun introduction to yoga, meditation and breathing techniques.
For more experienced practitioners – it’s an opportunity to build up on your existing practice and develop it further.
