Frequently Asked Questions

What style of yoga do you teach?

I draw my inspiration from different yoga styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation. Depending on your health goals, motivations for seeking private yoga sessions and your energy levels on a particular day, I create a blend of styles that will serve you the most. This open-minded and flexible approach enables my students to receive the most benefits yoga has to offer.

I have never done yoga before, is this right for me?

Private sessions are the most gentle introduction to yoga. It is a perfect way to have a fulfilling yoga experience in a space that you feel comfortable in. For some, yoga is a very personal experience and being able to communicate that experience to the teacher enables you to build the confidence in your practice.

Allow at least 2 hours after a having meal before the practice. Eating before the session will make you feel uncomfortable.

Where the sessions are taking place?

I welcome my clients at my home in NW2, London, however, if my schedule allows I am also happy to travel. Please note there is an additional charge for travelling to client’s location.

How long are the sessions?

A typical session lasts for 60 minutes, however, if we both agree you would benefit from a longer session, there is a possibility to extend sessions to 70 minutes. Extending the session will impact the price. I also offer 50 minute sessions.
